-- STUBBORN: Sebastian is notoriously hard-headed. He is never wrong. At least in his mind. (Chey begs to differ, but don't tease him too much) Yes, Sebastian is rather egotistical as well. He's really just your average man. If you tell him to do something he'll do the exact opposite. (Chey must have mastered the art of reverse psychology.) He never backs down from a challenge which will often lead to trouble. Sebastian is quite set in his ways and it would take a lot to change them.
-- IMPULSIVE: Sebastian is impulsive. He has an addictive personality and has a hard time telling himself "No." (he hates that word) This probably has roots back to his childhood when he was a spoiled little brat. He likes sex.. A lot. And never really deprived himself of it in his youth. Of course he has changed, and he loves his wife and family more than anything, but the temptation lurks sometimes especially after a few drinks. Sebastian was also addicted to drinking and smoking. He has cut wayy back on the alcohol. But still smokes cigarettes when he's alone. (Shhh.)
-- AMBITIOUS: Sebastian is very driven and ambitious. He made a career and a life out of something he loves, despite his parent's disapproval, and he is very proud of himself. Sebastian is constantly striving to make Pinewood the best it can be and to provide the best life for his family that he can. Although he is usually very good at multitasking his busy and stressful life, sometimes it can get the better of him and that is where trouble usually begins.

Sebastian William Kings was born to parents William Charles and Ella Louise in Manhattan, New York. Five years later they had a second child Vivian. Ella and William Kings were wealthy New York lawyers who were constantly moving their family between upscale Manhattan townhouses, summer homes in the Hamptons and the family farm in West Virginia. Pinewood Stables was where Ella grew up and she took Sebastian there often. It was here that Sebastian found his passion for horses. As a child Sebastian would ride as much as possible and as a teenager he chose to live at Pinewood with his uncle, the caretaker. This way he could be close to his horses and his friends. Despite his parents total disapproval, Sebastian attended a local highschool for his junior and senior years (provided he maintained an acceptable 'A' average.) Here his friendship with his life-long best friends Charlie Parker and Anthony Lovasz got it's start. He also met the love of his life Cheyenne Kingery.

Sebastian's late teen years, which actually seemed to carry well into his twenties, were a blur of wild parties and drunken affairs. From the cheerleading squad to his grade 12 English teacher, Sebastian was a bit of a ladies man you could say. But his seemingly gravitational pull towards women was only one of his many terrible habits. Sebastian smoked cigarettes, was a heavy drinker and experimented with drugs on a regular basis. Sebastian was starting to perfect the "I don't give a damn" persona when he met Cheyenne. She was different than all the other girls. Sebastian knew he had to have her, and he tried every bloody thing he knew. But deep down he knew it wouldn't work, she was an angel and he was the farthest thing from heaven-sent. So he fled for New York without saying goodbye, without saying I love you..

We wont talk about the years Sebastian was away, for they were his darkest days. I will say that he eventually had an epiphany and caught the first flight back to Pinewood. He'd had enough of the city, the parties, the meaningless flings. He wanted his friends, his horses, his.. His happily ever after. He found Chey and found that she felt the same, and after some time Sebastian finally committed to something in his life, he proposed to the love of his life. After the wedding a bit of a scandal came out of the woodwork. A woman named Alessandra came forward and explained to Sebastian that she was, in fact, 8 months pregnant with his child. It was another dark period for Sebastian, he felt he had let Cheyenne down. But she was understanding as always and they all awaited the birth of the child. One rainy night as Alessandra was driving herself to the hospital to be induced to have her baby, a truck collided with her vehicle... The doctors said she bravely lived to hear her child cry and then passed. The baby was thrust into Sebastian's arms and now Sebastian and Chey were all the little boy had left in this world. They named him Caiden, and raised him as their own. Years later, Sebastian's mother died of a brain tumor. She left Pinewood Stables to Sebastian and he and Chey have been doing their best with it ever since.
