Everything was quit in the house. The morning sun shining through her bedroom window. Mel was sound asleep in her bed, but it wouldn't be for long. Bella was sure to wake her around eight or nine every morning. It was about 7:45 now. Bella layed in her crib. The three week old child started crying. Mel rolled over sleepily. 'Bella couldn't we sleep in for once?' Her voice was sweet. She smile and laughed as Bella looked over at her and stopped crying. She sat up in the bed and stretched. She got out of her bed and walked over to Bella's crib. She picked her daughter up and layed her in her left arm. 'Momma would love to sleep in, but your such and early bird.' Mel smiled as Bella smiled up at her. She walked out of her room and down the hall to the kitchen. She walked to the frigid and grabbed a bottle from the door. She usually keep a few made up and kept them there.
She moved to the living room to sit down and feed Bella. She sat on the couch and turned the tv on. She found a movie on called Zombieland. She enjoyed the movie so she left it there. She sat back and started feeding Bella. Bella happily sucked at the bottle. Mel smiled as she watched her. She looked so much like her father. Had his eyes and his face. She was glad everything was working out for them right now. She hoped they would last. She really loved and cared about Jason. Some people would probably look down on the way things went down with them. The first day they met the had slept together. No Mel wasn't a whore. It just kinda happened. It was random and up planned, but to be honest she didn't regret that day. Jason something wild and exciting. Yea she hadn't planned anything to happen after that day. He probably didn't either, but a little twist of fate intangled their lives together. Yea it had been a bit of a rough road. And through it all they were still together. Through her flipping out over being pregnant to Vik attacking her.
She know they could make it together. They just had to work to talk things out and learn to understand each other. She hoped with time she would become his wife. She enjoyed their little family. Wanted nothing more than what they had. He didn't have to have a lot of money or things. As long as they had what they needed and loved each other. That's she needed. She had become a stronger person over the last nine months and grown up so much. She smiled as Bella finished her bottle and drifted off to sleep. She slowly got up and walked back to her room. She layed Bella in her crib. She felt a pulling in her side as she didn't. It was time for another pain pill and a bandage change. She walked over to the mirror in her room and pulled off her shirt. She turn to her left side and sighed. Her wound from the wreck ran from under her shoulder blade down to the side of her stomach just above her waist. She undid her bra and pulled it off. She her right hand her left side until her fingers found the end of the bandage. She slowly pulled it off as her face twisted in pain. After moment she had it off. She didn't even looked at it. She just walked to the bathroom and grabbed a rag. She wet it with some hot water. She gentle whipped her wound clean. When she was done she walked back to her room. She made up a new bandage and slowly placed it over her wound.
She sighed in pain and walked over to her dresser. She put her bra back on and pulled on a camo tee shirt and khaki tan guy shorts. She figured she would go to the mall and get some things for Bella. She was to start about at work in a week few if her doctor approved. They didn't want her to pulled the stitches from her wound. She didn't mind. She still had a good amount of money from what her grandfather left her. She really didn't want to got to work. She didn't want to leave Bella with anyone. She wanted to stay home and just be a mother. She was hoping to talk to Jason about maybe just moving with him and her just staying at home until Bella was a little older. She grabbed Bella's diaper bag and walked to the kitchen. She placed a few already made bottles in it and walked back to her room. She placed other things she may need while they where away from the house.
She grabbed Bella from the crib and place her gentle in her car seat; which sat on the floor by the crib. She buckled her in and placed the car seat on her bed. She found her flip flops and then grabbed the diaper bag and car seat then headed to her truck. She locked the door behind her as Summer danced around her feet. The lab puppy was Mel's other child as she liked to call her. She smiled to the pup. 'Well come on you can ride it the back. I shouldn't be long at the mall then maybe we all can got to the park for some fun.' The dog pretty much went everywhere with her theses days. She walked to her truck and buckled the car seat into the passenger seat. She closed the door and placed the diaper bag in the middle seat in the front. Then she opened the door and let Summer into the back seat. The one year old pup happily climbed in and layed in the middle of the seat.
Mel climbed into the driver seat and turned the truck on. She buckled up and pulled out of her drive way. She headed for the mall. It was only about a 20 or 30 minute drive. Soon she was there. She pulled into the parking lot and found a place to park. She turned the truck off and got out. She moved Summer into the very back of the truck so she wouldn't get to hot. She walked around to get Bella. She grabbed her wallet from the diaper bag and placed it in her back pocket. She then got Bella from car seat. She held her in her right arm and headed into the mall. Soon she found the baby store she always went into. She walked around and started looking at some of the new clothes that had in.
