Mel watched Scream as Jason and Jack moved closer. Scream tensed and pawed at the ground hard again. Scream squealed and showing his teeth to Jack. Mel pulled down sternly on his reins to calm him. He looked to Jason as he walked up. He patted Scream's neck as he spoke to him. Scream nosed Jack and the smelled each otehr for a moment. Scream relaxed and chewed at his bit. Jason asked her if she was alright. She smiled to him. 'I'm fine, but the baby is not happy at all. She's pushing her head into my rib cage and kicking.' Mel's voice was calm her face showed a slight pain.
She smile up to Jason again stepped closer to him. 'Wanna feel her kick? But before he could answer her she grabbed his hand and placed it where she had just felt the baby kicking. Her face twisted in pain as the baby seemed to start kicking harder. She stood still for moment then moved closer to Jason to hug him. As she did he yawned. She yawned too. She stepped back and looked to Scream. He was calm and back to his old self now. She looked back to Jason. 'I think I'ma go put Scream in the pasture with Aero and call it a day. I'm hurting. She moved over to Scream and patted his neck. 'You can put some of your horses with them if you like so they can all get use to each other.' She looked and waiting to see what Jason had to say.

Jason watched her horse and let the two sniff it out. Jack was calm the whole time. Not once getting excited over anything. He was a very nice stud horse. Jason had worked hard getting him like this, it wasn't easy. He looked to her and smiled as she asked if she wanted to feel teh baby kick. He was about to say yes when she took his hand and placed it over her stomach. He smiled feeling it. He wasn't sure what to think about all this. It was all so new to him still. He would get use to the fact he was going to be a dad. It would just take sometime, maybe get-away time?
He watched her as she spoke. She was going to put Scream and Aero away. She told him he could put his horses in with hers. He nodded thinking that would probably be a good idea. "Ya I will let Chinook and Journey out with them." He said and leaned over and kissed her lips after she hugged him. He walked Jack away and untacked him at teh trailer. He put Jack and the mustang colt away in their stalls. He went back out and untied Chinook and Journey. He put them out in the same pasture as hers and watched them run off and buck adn kick around. Then ran full speed down the side. Journey beat her by alot seeing how he was a ex-racehorse. He laughed alittle as the mare snorted and kicked out at Journey then stopped and started to eat.
Jason put alll his halters in his trailer and locked it up. He walked to the truck and got it started and loaded teh dogs back up. He looked around for a moment and found Mel walking outta the barn to go to teh truck. He smiled walkign up to her and took her hand walking back to the truck with her. "You best get home and rest now." He said and yawned.
Maybe I should too"He chuckled and leaned over and kissed her before letting her in the truck first.
He got in after her and drove back home. He got home, let the dogs out, and walked outta the truck and to the house. He took his boots and hat off at the door. He went to the kitchen adn got a beer and opened it. He drank a few gulps and looked at her. "Shower??" He asked her smirking a little bit. He didn't want to do anything but just spend sometime with her. He unbuttoned his shirt and his belt along with his pants button to tease her just a bit. Then gulped teh rest of his beer down and put the can in the garbage.

She watched Jason for a moment. Then he spoke and said that was a good idea. That he would put Chinook and Journey out with her horses. He kissed her. She leaned into the kiss and kissed him back. She watched him walk away and then walked Scream out to the pasture where Aero and Jason's two horse's now where. They where all eating and calm. She walked up the gate and opened it. She walked Scream in and turned and closed it. She untacked him. Scream ran off to check out his new friends. He seemed to be really interested in Chinook. He pranced over to her and sniffed her. He tried to get her to notice him. He pranced around her and neighed to her a few times. Mel laughted and grabbed the saddle, bridle, and two halter and lead ropes. She headed back to the barn to put them away.
She put the things in the tack room and headed out of the barn. As she made her way to the truck Jason met her half way. He smiled as he took her hand and walked with her to the truck. Mel smiled the whole way there. When they got to the truck Jason told her she needed to get home and rest. She smiled as he yawned and said that maybe he should to. Mel moved closer to him as he leaned over to kiss her and leaned up to kiss him back. After a moment she stepped back and said, 'Yea. Maybe we could go take a nap or relax and watch a movie together. She smiled and got into the truck.
Jason got into the truck and drove to them to his house. When they got there Jason got out of the truck and let the dogs out and headed inside. Mel slowly got out and headed inside. She petted and loved on Summer as she met her at the door. He stood up as she heard Jason moving around the kitchen. She walked in to drinking a beer. She shook her head. 'No fair. I can't drink or smoke until this child is out of my stomach.' Her voice was playfully. Jason then looked at her and said shower? A smirk on his lips. She watched him as he unbuttoned his shirt and pants. She smirked back at him. As he finished his beer and throw it away she bmade her way to the bathroom. A trail of her clothes leading the way. She started the shower and let it warm up as she waited on him.

Chinook had looked at Scream and noticed him prancing around. The filly neighed back and tossed her head then went off running again, running past Scream kicking up a little bit wanting him to play. But soon after Mel and Jason had left to go home with teh dogs. The dogs had been let out and into the house. Of course Jason had teased her a little with his clothes, but you couldn't take his beer away. His life was being put together with puddy right now.
She mentioned it wasn't fair she couldn't drink or smoke. "Exactly why I chugged it, hoping you wouldn't see." He said and then saw her wonder off. He followed teh trail of clothes smirking. He left his own trail of clothes with hers and he got to the bathroom as she was letting the water warm up. He grinned and walked up behind her putting his arms around her waist, his hands cupped her breasts. He kissed her neck. You are so beautiful, babe." He said then kissed the other side of her neck.
He let her go for a second and turned her around so she was facing him. He tilted her head up and kissed her lips passionately. His hands on her stomach, feeling the baby. He smiled down at her when he pulled away. "I hope I can be here for you and this baby. I really hope I can." He said, not knowing what his dad was going to tell him tomorrow before they went home. No one knew what was coming up in the near future, slashing at their lives and keeping them apart.

Mel stood there waiting for Jason to walk into the bathroom. She turned and looked into the mirror at herself. She frowned at what she saw. She had never seen herself as beautiful. He mind wondered to Jason. She knew she didn't love him. She had only meet him a few months ago and now she carrying his child. How did all this happened? This isn't were she had seen herself a few years ago. Yea she liked Jason but would it all work out. They hadn't even really gotten to know each other. She shook her head; how could've she been so stupid.
