Personality Description: Empress Mine is a very gentle horse. She is actually a great horse for beginners, very sound. She does not spook easily and usually won't bolt if something does spook her. She listens perfectly and will stand patiently for any grooming. She has been a great mother to two fouls and produces beautiful offspring. Her fouls tend to come out with her sweet personality. It is simply in her nature to be a calm and confident horse.
History: Empress Mine was born to be a race horse. She was always good at listening and the jockey rarely had to use the whip on her. She was a fast runner and never got spooked on the track. Though unfortunately for her she has only ever won a single race. Since she wasn't winning any more races, the owners decided to breed her. They were trying to get horses with her personality, but the father's speed.
After have two beautiful fouls, the owners decided it was time to sell the dapple mare. She couldn't be used for racing and she had already produced them two great race horses. So Empress was put up for auction where Izabelle found and adopted her. Since then Empress is usually only used for trail rides or even teaching young children to ride.
Discipline: Only Western Now
