Home of the Pinewood Stallions (go figure), Pinewood High is pretty much your average small town public highschool. An old building, small classes, and a cruddy football team. But don't let the quaint appearance fool you; there's plenty of drama here to keep any gossip-freak busy for a lifetime...

The Library
Who doesn't love the smell of a good old musty book? Located right across the street from the highschool, the library is another one of the town's original buildings and a lot of students come here to study. It's not huge, but there's plenty of books and it serves it's purpose well.

Eastway Park
Enjoy a relaxing stroll through this beautiful rural park. Feed the ducks, bike the trails, or just sit and enjoy nature after a long day. This park is know for it's beautiful walking and biking trails, as well as it's lake and breathtaking Virginia mountain scenery.

The Fairgrounds
Attached to the park, the Pinewood County Fairgrounds is the center of the town's annual fair. The carousel and ferris wheel are kept up all year round though, and tend to be a popular smooching ground for teenagers. Be careful that you don't get caught though... there's a reason those gates are locked.

Old Fashioned Soda Shoppe
The Old Fashioned Soda Shoppe, known for their over-the-top ice cream specials and hand-mixed sodas, is another great place to cool off after a hard day at the stables. Complete with bar stools, checkered tile, and authentic memorabilia, this cute little place looks like it came right out of the fifties.
