-- PERSONALITY: Charm is not for everyone. He has to be able to trust you in all that you do with him or it won't work. If you second guess yourself, he'll second guess himself AND you. You have to ride him with the right amount of aggressive yet guiding style. He knows what he's doing but he always needs a helping hand to remind him to stay on track. You have to stay a couple steps ahead of him most of the time because he will rack right on out from underneath of you if you're not paying attention.
