 Chuck Platzoeder is a nineteen year old blonde, blue eyed, white skinned African in America. It's rather rare that Chuck would dislike people, so enemies are hard to find, but she is, always, looking for positive relationships. She's looking for good friends, maybe a relationship or two just to keep things dramatic. Chuck is generous, helpful and likes hitting people. Though she makes a great best friend or girlfriend, she might demand a lot of piggyback rides.

My charrie Eli sounds like a pretty nice match for your Chuck. They seem like they'd get along quite well. He needs some friends, possibly something more, etc... He's the barn farrier and has two horses and a dog... his past is slightly sad, as his twin brother and older bro both died in an automobile accident (with him driving), and it's still sort of recent... so he's like, moved here to get away from everything and start anew.
Tell me what you think! (I may not check back in for a few days, my computer is down and i'm having to use college computers, my mum's computer, and my cousin's computer whenever I have time).

I like Eli quite a lot as a character, I'd like to plot with him, or maybe it's just Orlando staring me down...
I like how he seems quite a lot more mature than Chuck, that has potential to be adorable.
Maybe we should start a thread.

Lol, it's probably a bit of both... Orlando and Eli as a charrie... Haha.
I also noticed that Elijah seems to be a lot more mature than Chuck... but maybe she could bring out that well-hidden immature side of him or something? Because he does have a very childish, immature side... it's just been pushed back since his brothers's deaths and all...
You would probably have to start a thread somewhere... I'm not trying to get out of doing it, I just don't have costant access to a computer (it's surprising that I got internet access for the past few minutes)... So, if you want to, let me know... I may be able to get online for a few minutes tomorrow, maybe...
