---------------------------------------------------------
Registered name: Fredward [She HATES that name, but he was registered before she purchased him]
Barn Name: Freddy
Breed: Anglo-Arabian
Color: Bay
Age: 7
Gender: Gelding
Height: 15.2 Hh
Personality Description: Freddy as a whole can be a good boy if he wants to be. On his good days, he will come when called in the field, stand still on the cross-ties, and not duck his head while being worked. But most days aren't good days. He likes to trot away in the pasture, dance on the cross-ties and duck his head while being worked. He also tosses his head and enjoys letting himself out of his stall if he deems he's been inside too long.
Though, when it comes to people, he is genuinely affectionate. He doesn't bite or even nip usually. He lets you groom him, pull his mane and tail and doesn't pitch much of a fit, and he doesn't always beg for treats; well unless you are Evie, then he just takes them because he knows in which pocket she keeps them.
History: He was born on a farm in the midlands of North Carolina. His father was an Arabian and his mother was a thoroughbred brought down from a farm in Kentucky. He was a handful as a baby, though he was happy. When he wasn't going to be used for stud, he was gelded. He started out being bound for schooling, but he seemed too flightly at first, and didn't like being ridden by a different face every time he was taken out. So, they considered having him up for lease, and he was leased by a college student for about a year, then she graduated and decided not to buy him, so he was left alone again.
The barn decided it was time to sell him, so they listed him for a few months, and then a family came to look at him. The owners of the farm had been intouch with the father of the girl whose horse he would be a few times, and it seemed Freddy might have found a new home. During the test ride, Freddy acted as he always did with a new person, a bit skittish and fast at times, but she was able to make him slow and he seemed to listen, and the family decided he was the horse for their Evie.
So, after a few weeks, they were able to make the trek back up to North Carolina to get him. He lived at the barn near Evie's house for a year or two, then she decided she was going to move on and away from home, so she found a rather horse friendly town, and she and Freddy relocated here.
Discipline: Hunter
